The idea behind this page is to become better at self discipline. This page is somewhere to go to visualise exactly what I want and need to do with my time, in order to use my time more wisely and be actively achieving my goals. The Big goal, the goal behind this page is to wake up every day and know exactly what I need to do; in order to continuously be proud of my achievements.
By making my goals (both professional and personal) more tangible and in the face of the public, I am holding myself accountable for what I have and have not achieved. This is much like a bucket list, but with continual imporovement and updates, and with new future goals to improve on those that I have already achieved. I credit this idea to Thomas Frank and Joel Runyon. Here Goes:
I think its important to recognise that some goals become unimportant over time, as we grow; what may have been important at one stage may not be any more. Also some goals may be specific to a certain place/time/competition that become unavailable, these can be replaced with achievable versions. So for that reason here is the place where I recycle my unachieved goals, and of course my reasoning behind deciding to recycle it.
